we're going home. Our last night in Hawaii was spent at The Cheesecake Factory, feasting on Cajun Jambalaya and Stuffed Chicken Tortillas. We finished the evening with White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cheesecake and Dulce De Leche Caramel Cheesecake. Mmm...Cheesecake :)

Diamond Head

Looking north over the Diamond Head crater. The hike to the top is only 1.3 km, however the heat and terrain make it approximately a 90 minute round trip.

Sunset at Paradise Cove

Sunset over Paradise Cove at Ko Olani on the west coast of the island of Oahu. We attended a Luau (party) here this evening along with some 500 other guests.

Thursday 7th September 06:07. Summit of Haleakala on the Hawaiian island of maui. After watching the sun rise, we then biked to the beach at Paia, 38 miles down the road.
